I just started an email exchange with someone from this denomination. Any of you experts out there know anything about their theology, and how it compares to Baptists? I think it's similar to Dutch Reformed, very Calvinist.

The Reformed Church is PaedoBaptist (sprinkle bables instead of full emersion beleiver baptism), Covenant Theology (as opposed to Baptists who are usually Dispensational), Amillenialism (Deny 1000 Year Millenium Kingdom), usually have a heirearchal government with Synods and different Council levels as opposed to Baptists who join Associations but each local church is independant, the CRC is Calvinistic (5 point, Tulip, Doctines of Sovereign Grace) as opposed to Baptist who are generally Arminian(though not historically)

Thats all the differences I can think of on the spot.
