    This is pretty interesting:

    www.vajoe.com/candidate_calculator.html

My highest score was Ron Paul 92.19% match.

My scores among the viable candidates:

    Romney 63.28% match
    Thompson 60.16% match
    McCain 48.44% match
    Clinton 25.00% match
    Edwards 25.00% match
    Giuliani 25.00% match

Obama didn't get listed among my match percentages but I reckon he would be down there in the Clinton/Edwards/Giuliani area.

I'd say that the "calculator" needs to be updated since I came out being most closely matched to Tommy Thompson.

He dropped out of the race several weeks ago.

It is interesting. I was at a 62.3% match for Ron Paul, went back and changed 2 answers from Unsure to Yes and am now at 64% for John Edwards. I didn't figure those 2 would be so close together.

    I got Paul with 79.58%

    Also:

    1) McCain 57.75%
    2) Tancredo 54.93%
    3) Brownback 52.11%
    4) Fred Thompson 52.11%

Those were my next closest matches. My bottom of the barrel was:

    1) Dodd 22.54%
    2) Edwards 22.54%
    3) Guiliani 21.13%
    4) Tommy Thompson 18.31%

I honestly didn't expect there to be such a huge gap between my first choice (Paul) and my next choice (McCain). I tried doing the survey again but found that I couldn't budge on a single issue.

    Here's the problem.

Romney says he is pro life and against homosexual marriages.

    I don't believe him.

How many others have declared positions for political expedience?

I notice no one has matched a candidate 100%, until now that is.

My wife just took it and matched Mitt Romney 100%.
