I saw Casting Crowns in Bossier City last night...probably one of the most God centered and God focused concerts i have ever attended. I recommend seeing them if they come into your area.

They are great aren't they? We saw them on the University of Miami campus a few years ago.

My brother was going to see them in Jacksonville FL last month for his birthday (his 40th and it was ON his birthday) but that morning, his 4 year old son started vomiting. The little guy was sick all day and it wasn't until they gave away the tickets in the afternoon that he got better. Poor guy! I guess he wasn't supposed to be there. :BangHead:

Got to see Casting Crowns this past Friday (4/18) in Chattanooga with our youth group. Great show, great band, great testimony. It's awesome to have the hair on your arms stand up in a concert.

While I have loved their music for a while now, I have a deeper respect for them now. I love the way they do their show, how Jesus is in the spotlight, how the invitation is given. no wild shenanigans, no screaming and thrashing, just sharing their love for God through their music.

I saw them last November.. our church gave away 4 tickets to their concert, and Mark Hall donated our church 2 meet and greet passes to give away too...

    They are definately Christ centered...

Sometimes there was as much preaching and praying as there was music!

If you get the chance go!
