Cedarville's Three-Year Bachelor's Degrees

    I have always said that High School is 1.5 yrs too long and college 1 yr too long

    When I was Dean of a small independent college we went "year 'round" to school. 3 15-week trimesters with breaks of 2-3 weeks between. We also provided work for students to cover bills.

    It was a FOUR YEAR program, but you received both a BA (128 credits) and MA (36 credits) at graduation. This included a final trimester in "internship" in appropriate field (some as student teachers, some as Congressional aides, some in writing/publishing, etc). Gave them a huge leg up on education and experience.
