Centrifuge?

    Are any youth going to Centrifuge this year?
    If so where? :D My youth group is going to Centrifuge this year in North Carolina.

    Has anyone been to Centrifuge/Missionfuge in the past? If so where? [​IMG] Last year we went to Centrifuge in Tennessee and two years ago we went to Missionfuge in Alabama.

    I'm going with my college/youth group this year to Fuge in Tennesse at Carson Newman College. That place has very special memories, I met a very special person there five years ago. Hope that God blesses your youth group in a powerful way.

    Just wanted to bring this thread back to life...

    Anyone going to CentriFuge this year? We're taking a group of youth to the Fuge in Dubuque, Iowa. It will be their first time, and I know it will be well worth it.

    I have some worried parents on my hands though!

    Meh, my youth group has only around 6/7 people, and some of them never come. I don't like that, I would LOVE to go somewhere like that. :(

    I have never been to centrifuge as a youth, but one summer during my college years, I was near a centrifuge camp and saw some of the experiences.

    This year we went to MFUGE in Charleston, SC. We have also been to the ones at Nashville, TN, and Mobile, AL> Our youth group is very small, too. We took 4 youth this year. But its awesome and much more "Do-able" with a small group!! [​IMG]

    Hey TaterTot, we're taking eight girls to Fuge...we would be taking more, but the week fell on the same week the high school football team started practice. In our (rural) town, almost every boy that comes to our church is on the football team!

    I went to only two camps as a youth. One was the liberal "Christian" camp of the very liberal church (Disciples of Christ) in which I was raised. The other camp was USAF basic training....

    There was more spiritual content at basic training...my Military Training Instructor talked about God a lot...well, he used God's name a lot...

    Our church has its own youth camp, and great things happen there.
