A local theatre puts on Handel's Messiah each year. It is a shortened version, but quite good. It is about 40 miles from me, but I haven't missed it in 36 years now.

    Cheers,

    Jim

Plan on seeing the Christmas Candlelight Processional at EPCOT -- one of our favorite things to do during the Season. Also, we may go see the Radio City Christmas Spectacular too.

Don't know if it's considered theater or not, but I'm hoping to be able to visit Biltmore's (George Vanderbilt's "summer home" as well as "Richy Rich's" house outside of Asheville, NC) .

As I've mentioned in another one of Saggy's seemingly endless variety on polls (I think it was the one on "Black Friday" shopping.), I don't "do Christmas."

However, since I'll be travelling to and from Raleigh NC in mid-December to attend a vendor's school along I-40 anyway, I might just spend some time there.
