    I know he can't be elected, but I would imagine that his serving out her term would draw a legal challenge. Just the nature of where we are in America these days.

    I would hope that in observance of the spirit of 22, that Mr. Clinton would not accept the VEEP nod. Remember that while he enjoys some measure of personal popularity, his electability numbers are just the opposite. I can't find the link, but US News/World Report reports that 2/3 would not want to see him in elected office again.
