PHILADELPHIA — "A new Clinton administration would pursue a bill to legalize illegal immigrants in “the first 100 days” of her tenure, vice presidential candidate Tim Kaine told Spanish-language network Telemundo in an interview Monday, presenting a deep contrast with Republicans.

"Mr. Kaine also predicted that House Republicans, who stopped President Obama’s last bid for legalization in 2013, will reverse themselves next year and said House Speaker Paul D. Ryan will lead the GOP to embrace legalization."

Then you could be happy. They would be legal.

That bill won't happen. That's why Obummer resorted to an illegal executive order.

He is right about RINO Ryan, though. He will try, but he won't have the votes.

Kaine's announcement is apparently part of the DNC's attempt to "acquire the Hispanic consumer".

Here is part of a WikiLeaks DNC email dump as follows:LINK

Well CTB, the point of immigration regulations is to have some control over who enters our country, how long they stay, who they bring with them, and what skills they bring.

It's not about letting in millions and then calling them legal by fiat. What purpose does that serve?

Well, if the law makes them legal, then they are legal.

You mean such as when Obama issues his edicts. :
"The Obama administration has issued new exemptions to a law that bars certain asylum-seekers and refugees who provided “limited material support” to terrorists who are believed to pose no threat from the U.S."
    LINK

"A federal appeals court said President Obama’s own words claiming powers to “change the law” were part of the reason it struck down his deportation amnesty, in a ruling late Monday that reaffirmed the president must carry out laws and doesn’t have blanket powers to waive them.
    **
The 2-1 ruling by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals punctures Mr. Obama’s immigration plans and is the latest in a series of major court rulings putting limits on the president’s claims of expansive executive powers to enact his agenda without having to get congressional buy-in."
