    As a vertically challenged person, I am 5' 6", I quit playing basketball, when I realized the hoops at the elementary school courts where I played were only 8' high, whereas the real game is played with hoops 10' high. I am not big or strong or fast or blessed with even average stamina. Does that mean I cannot enjoy sports as someone who appreciates athletics?. Or recognize an error when I see one?
    NOPE

    On this forum we see posts all the time from folks who rather disparage others,r than discuss the errant view or action. The coach goofed. Hopefully he will grow from the experience.

    I had a driving student who was short.
    She referred to herself as "Space Efficient"

    Sounds like the rest of the story includes reconciliation. From the article:
