College homecoming

    Maranatha College has Alumni Weekend for the opening weekend of the college each fall. There is a banquet, and alumi sports teams come back to play the college teams in men's and women's sports. The alumni association provides a nice cookout at the games. I go every year and enjoy seeing my old college pards. [​IMG]

    I graduated in the 70s and was not part of the "in" crowd. Had the technology been available, I think they would have voted me "Most Likely to Tick People Off in Internet Forums." It seems like nothing changes at reunions; the pecking order remains the same.

    I just stay home.

    All they do is golf and eat and I don't chase little white balls around nor do I do high sugar, high fat anymore so why go sit to twidle me thumbs - can do that between posts here [​IMG]

    Besides, all they want really is my money and I'm broke so they wouldn't want me around anyway [​IMG]
