    Didn't do one for today - my apologies!

    Roger - thanks for the food definitions - sounds like stuff I can't eat - too many carbs - too much sugar - which is also a card!

    Dan - only eating sugar free - very boring stuff!

    27ºF at the bank on my way to work this AM - will only be 0ºF tomorrow - don't like that at all.

    Drove the car with no heat this AM - so glad it was not really cold!

    Dan - glutton for punishment - Jan'll tell me tonight - "I told you to take the white car (the one with heat)!

    I'll have to remind her that you can lead a man to water - but you can't make him drink!
