Then there is the subject of Irish income taxes, Irish VAT (value added tax, national sales tax), road tax, and television tax to start with ;) .

Tony: If you only file Federal, then Turbo Tax wouldn't cost you as much as it cost me.

Good morning, boys and girls. How is everyone today?

I have a morning announcement and you need to listen closely.

All of the BAD little boys must sit in the corner and meditiate on what they have done. And they will stay in the corner until I say otherwise!

    Peace-

    YSIC

The free Turbo Tax can be accessed right off the IRS site or TurboTax.com [IMG]

Jack is coming to the door. Back later.

I'm a good little girl. And after I get back this afternoon I'll tell you all about the art exhibit, OK? [IMG]

How are you all this morning? I'm doing well despite staying up too late and waking up too late.

You are a good little girl, Margo. LOL Hope you enjoy the art exhibit!

I got up with Ty and then went back to sleep until 7:45. I've got little Jack today and he and Ty are fussing over toys. The room is filled with cars, trucks, buses and motorcycles and they have to have what the other one has. I'M watching Barney. 2 1/2 hours left for Jack and then Ty will take his nap. [IMG]

I haven't even gotten my bed made! I do have laundry going tho. It's SO hard to get anything done on Tues. and Thurs. because of having 2 little ones to babysit.

I have a four day weekend (Fri. thru Mon.) coming up without Ty which means I can sleep in. Next week, tho, I only get off Sat. and Sun., keeping him Tues. - Friday. Mom swaps with another four day, 10 hours a day worker every once in a while so they can have long weekends.

Yowza. I hate Barney. One of my sisters used to babysit a little girl in our church. My sister would come home singing Wiggles songs. It was horrible. All of a sudden she'd just start in . . .

"Fruit salad! Fruit salad! Yummy yummy!"

    Good Morning Everyone!

I've been very good this morning, productive too.

I've already baked muffins for the kids breakfast, recleaned the kitchen, sorted two loads of laundry, got the third and fourth loads in the washer and dryer, got two kids and husband off to work, gotten the heat pump fixed(Yea! it didn't have to be replaced!), and made the third kid a doctors appointment! Oh, and I'm up and dressed for the day! I love days like this when I can get things done.

Now if only the rest of the day will go as smoothly. I have a dozen costumes to alter between now and 3 o'clock tommorrow and I'll have to sit at the doctors office for at least 3 hours today cause we are a work in appointment.

Guess that means ya'll won't be seeing me much today. Try not to miss me to bad. :D

I went to see the principal and he had some choice words for me. He stood, walked over, got in my face and said, "gimmie a high five!"

Wow Cindi, you've done a lot and you're an hour earlier than me! I sure hope you can get in sooner to see the doctor. Who's sick today?

Margo, I hate TellieTubbies, Boobah, The Wiggles, Higgley Town Hero's.

Roger, do you have to pay Irish taxes too? Also, since you've been there so many years, are you buying your home? I think you said 10 years now.

Fortunaely my incoemis nowhere NEAR the exemption for US citizens living abroad.

Renting is a heartbreak for me, but a basic 4 bedroom house would cost close to half a million dollars :( :(

And yes, I do have to pay all the Irish taxes

That would be a basic 4 bedroom home - one could EASILY cost $600-700,000!
