What is your opinion about legally carrying concealed weapons?

I feel very comfortable in our restaurants, stores, and other general areas, knowing there are more guns than people in Montana.

    I have a permit. I can carry a .45 to a .357 or anything less.

This happened not so far from where I live

    Robbers can learn

    1) Don't rob stores
    2) Don't rob stores with only a knife
    3) Don't get greedy and threaten someone after getting the loot
    4) Don't threaten a former cop and secret security agent.

This robber learned that it's a bad idea and will never do it again!

I won't eat in a restaurant that is posted as a gun free zone, for that tells me the criminals have a target and there are no good men/women with weapons inside unless they carry anyway but I can't take that chance.

I voted "approve" however I'm an odd duck. While, I believe that concealed carry and increased gun ownership reduces crime and also have my own arms at home and even open carried while in VA on my anniversary about a year ago. I am, now, a pacifist by conviction and would not use the weapons against someone.

Definitely approve. But, please, make sure it is truly concealed. These urban cowboys that carry and make sure everyone knows they are carrying are not helping.

I'm in favor. There is no better weapon than my U.S. Army issue Colt .45 1911 A. I don't even have to display "judicious marksmanship" to be effective -- though I do.

    Kahr CW9 or Star .45.

Although I'd love to get my hands on a Semmerling .45....

    Semmerlings have an odd action.

Polish the feed ramp, and it is not a bad little pocket pistol.

Wish they'd come out with a 9mm version.

Means if anyone takes your gun, they probably won't be able to use it. Especially against you.
