    I'm sure your lean....try Mothers Oats. Hot sauce on the eggs. Oh and try turkey bacon...it isn't that bad. OSCAR MEYER is good.:thumbs:

    My daughter & SIL treated us at a new French restaurant in Lexington and the polenta, served in pie like slices, was delicious. Southern chefs over here have come up with all sorts of ways to prepare gourmet grits.

    My friend who spent half her life in Kansas, has her mum visiting, I wonder if I ask real nice and found some of the real grits, if she could show me how ...

    Incidentally, is Kansas a southern state......I know about 4 things about Kansas...the is the wizard of Oz (obviously a confused Australian), they get lots of tornadoes, I think superman was there, and there is a big mob of Catholics around St Marys.
