    If you mean Californians:

    MacArthur
    Chuck Smith
    J. Vernon McGee
    Rushdoony
    Rick Warren
    Chuck Swindall

That is about all I can really think of.

Yet, I think you mean Calvinists.

    Augustine
    Calvin
    Luther
    Owen
    Edwards
    Spurgeon
    Warfield
    Whitfield
    Knox
    Bunyan

Yeah, there are many people that I think could be included in this list but these 10 are extremely well known.

Did he say Reformers or Calvinists? Luther wasn't a Calvinist but Thomas Cartwright William Carey, Cotton Mather, Matthew Henry, Wordsworth, David Livingstone, Robert Moffatt, John Paton, Oliver Cromwell, John Cotton, Abe Kuyper, J. Gresham Machen, & 2 of my heroes.... Martyn Lloyd-Jones & James Montgomery Boice all are

Reading Luther's "The Bondage of the Will", I believe he would be a Calvinist and he did hold to monergism. However, after Luther's death, Philipp Melanchthon did move the Lutheran church away from monergism.

Anybody who has ever listened to J. Vernon McGee knows he is was not a Calvinist, he spoke out against it many times.

I do not think you get the humor. Cals could be both Calvinists and Californians. I was having a little fun.

Isn't it a blessing that names of the great Calvinists who have impacted the world come so easy?

Two different people popped off those names with no effort.

Calvinism truly does have a rich and powerful Christian heritage.

I count 6 generations on the Welsh side. It is comforting to know that I stand on the solders of some pretty committed & resolute Christian men & women. Dont get me started on my wifes family who were martyred in Lenarkshire Scotland for being Covenanter's.
