By looking at the pictures of the aging Cuban elete, one can easily see that the Castros are racists. Blacks have only risen in the brutal police forces or in the highly competent Cuban military, which owns and operates the Cuban tourist industry. The Cuban military is the driving force in Venezuela and recently returned from helping the Russians in Syria again. The Castros expessed their hatred of Bautista in terms of his grandparents were black slaves.

When Raul dies, it is likely that his son will assume the dictatorship begun in 1959. When Fidel began riding the tiger it was until death. If the Castros do not hold onto power, they will be executed by the next gangster boss.

The common person in Cuba has only slightly more than a North Korean now. The Haitians are richer than the Cubans. But Latin America per capita is now poorer than Africa per capita.
