    Based upon your knowledge of the ongoing research to develop working, definitive cures for the following physical diseases (as opposed to existing treatments which, while they may treat the symptoms, don't necessarily offer an outright cure), what is your best guess as to when a true cure will be developed?:

    The human Genetic Code has been mapped, and it seems to be a popular thing that though that some diseases may be cured. Yet I am not sure it is the cure all for everything.
