He's a Yorkshire terrier. He gets mad when you wake him up or scold him for being mean to the cat.
He's partially crippled and is very needy.

Well, my husband used to call our mini dachsund a turd (and rightly so, for his snacking habits lol) And then another nickname evolved, but when we heard 3 and 4 year old girls repeating it, we had to stop. (but oh, he is so aggravating )

So...I dont think thats cussing, ...

    Ain't that the truth!

I think b*tt head is nicer than t*rd! But, I still wouldn't want my little ones saying that (if I had little ones, mine is 22 years old!)

My dog has that nasty habit as well. Yuk!!!!!!!!!!

My cats are MUCH more sophisticated!

That is because all cats are snobs...

Except for my tomcat... which I haven't seen in 3 weeks.... which is normal.... which makes him a great cat.... and an even better pet....

Alright... although this has been swell and fun... me has to get up in 6 hours... and my butt-headed turd of a dog is still outside. Good evening, ladies.

My cats are NOT snobs! They are purrrfect!
Get your tom fixed. That's why I have cats! Stray momma gave me a litter of 5. I kept 2, gave the others away.
    Nite. :)

You are aware that by the time all the baby boomers are dead your great grandchildren are going to be raised swearing before they can say "dad" and even taught that through PBS educational shows....

I never realized cr_ _ (beetle dung) was considered a curse word. I always thought it was like darn or gosh.

The most interesting thing is that many people think all these words are.

If the beetle dung word is the one I'm thinking of, the one which is the same as the name of an American gambling game played with dice, I didn't think it was a curse word, just an offensive slang word for excrement, any excrement, not just from beetles.

As for words like "darn" and "gosh", they are just slight alterations to swear words to make them more "acceptable". We may use expletives that are acceptable to our fellow man, but are the thoughts of our hearts any different as we utter them to what they would have been had we said an actual "curse word" instead? Whether we say, "Darn!", "Gosh!", "Hillary!" or "Pink and orange striped elephants!", it is surely the heart that God is concerned with.

You go to a strange church then! Do they do that to all new members?

I'm afraid I have to admit to using all of them from time to time, plus some more besides. But, then again, I'm not a very good Christian. Praise be to my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ that He has paid the penalty for that!

[ETA - The 'B' word is not really considered that strong over here (as opposed to the Other B-Word)]
