The following is the official statement from Coral Ridge Ministries...

Statement from Coral Ridge Ministries Executive Vice President regarding Dr. Kennedy’s Health
Dr. D. James Kennedy suffered a cardiac arrest at his Fort Lauderdale home on Thursday evening, December 28. He received excellent treatment on site and was quickly taken to the hospital for further care.

Dr. Kennedy remains hospitalized at this time. His condition is serious but he is responsive and showing encouraging signs of improvement.

We earnestly covet your prayers at this time for Dr. Kennedy's return to health, for his family, and for the physicians attending him.

We will update this information as more details are made available.
