Daughter in law was baptized today

    My sona nd his wife a few weeks agao decided they needed to go back to church. Wow, God has really been busy with them, we are amazed all the time. Pam was saved during pre marital counseling 5 years ago, and was baptized today. I have been praying for a long time for them, for my son. And God has been so good, and faithful. These two love God, want to learn about Him, serve Him, worship Him, and it's genunie.
    I had an oppertunity I've been praying for for a long time too. Pam's brother Steven, who we love, he's so sweet, is also gay, and not saved. But since Pam's been talking about church he's been going to a church in Indiana, so we talked a lot today, he really wanted to know somethings. God is working with him, he's very interested. He said I could add him to my facebook so we could talk some more, he wanted to talk with me some more he said.
    The pastor has always said there are people watching your life to see if your for real, if you truly live what you say you believe. Thsi summer, since easter, our daughter in law has said twice to others, we were the real thing, we really believed. the pastor was right, people are watching to see if God is important enough to us, if we don't live in a way that shows He is, others want to know why He should be important to them then.

    Thanks for sharing that Donna. It is always uplifting when a family member takes yet another step in their spiritual life. Many blessings to her and her family as they creep closer and closer to truth in Christ.

    Donna, I see why you said on the other thread why it's been a long exhausting day but a good exhaustion!

    What is going on with them is incredible and only the work of God. they are about as dedicated as anyone you've ever seen.
