Since the creation of a new forum for the "Calvinist/Arminian" debate, just how is it determined whether or not a thread is deemed "Calvinist/Arminian"?

Just because a thread does not have the term "Calvinism/Arminian" in the title, doesn't mean that such theological persuasion is not the crux of the thread.

For example, the following threads are distinctly Calvinist, and in not in this forum:

    GENERAL BAPTIST DISCUSSIONS

    http://www.baptistboard.com/showthread.php?t=87585

    http://www.baptistboard.com/showthread.php?t=87605

    http://www.baptistboard.com/showthread.php?t=87626

    http://www.baptistboard.com/showthread.php?t=87569

http://www.baptistboard.com/showthread.php?t=86204 (and well beyond the 10 page limit for history forums)

It seems a large majority of threads that are specific to Calvinism/Non Calvinist/Arminian have already been moved that were started by Non Calvinists, and a large portion of threads about the same debate started by Calvinists have remained. Some of the threads that have been moved can not be located on the sub folder underneath this section, but must be tracked down 'manually'.

So just what is the standard as to whether the subject matter of a thread meets the criteria for being determined part of the Calvinst/Arminian file? The remainder of the above threads in 2 of the top general categories makes this a little confusing.

Odds are, if it's started on here on BB, it's either a C vs A, or will end up there.....:D

If Ach started a thread ;)

I will admit, it seems very hard to determine what will be allowed and where.

And just for kicks and giggles, every thread that was started by a Non Calvinist that was moved to this forum has been removed with the ONLY Non Calvinist started thread being mine (this one). Go figure.

What is obvious is that this is designed to attract all believers and then try to convert them to Calvinism without specifically informing people that this is a decidedly Calvinist forum because if they were honest about the main theme then it likely would not attract any new followers who were not already predisposed to Calvinism.

I am closing this thread. I don't moderate any of the doctrinal or theological forums. So, I'm not the one moving or not moving threads here.

Let's debate the theological positions and not get into Board admin functions.
