    Why wasn't this guy ruled out of order?

    It is time to force the Senate to go by majority rule. They have set themselves up to be better than the house by requiring 60 votes to stop debate on an issue. That way they fiddle around all the time and do nothing, much like a country club in a posh area.

    What we need is for Senators to start making addresses in all of the various languages of the world so that the public can see just how irrelevant they are. They seem to have a gang problem, too.
