"Weapons of war" is a made up term by liberals. Just like "assault rifle/weapon." Not even the military calls their M-16 an assault rifle. There is no such designation in the military or the gun world.

Where do you get such nonsense? If anything he has stood up for the Constitution time and time again. He has said numerous times the Congress needs to act on passing legislation and he will then sign it into law and then enforce such laws as is his responsibility.

Should Donald Trump or any other President seek to violate the Constitution in such a manner it would never fly. First of all the military would never allow such a thing and I have no doubt that patriots would arise rather quickly and put an end to such shenanigans.
