depression and introspection

Here is the transcript of a lecture that has been very helpful to me as I've recovered from a long depressive episode.

Part of what led to this, besides a family history of depression and a family and church culture of anxiety, was a deep habitual introspection that robbed me of joy and brought me to a place where I rarely actually engaged with the world around me.

Just in case anyone out there is struggling as I was, this may be of help.
