depressive episode

    So I've had a rough month, mentally, and I think I may be having a depressive episode....
    I haven't had one of these in like a decade. My anxiety can lead to a few days of feeling heavily depressed if it's bad enough, but not typically an entire month and then some. Every time I think I'm coming out of it, I have another bad day.

    I guess there's worse things I could be asking for prayer over.....but I don't want this to keep up.
