    What's sad to me is how people lack discernment when it comes to sources.

    A slanderous, biased blog carries the same weight with some people as verified first-hand accounts.

    This thread, and the retraction on which you wait, is case and point. You won't get a retraction because his "sources," (though obviously less credible, or not credible at all) say otherwise.

    It comes down to a lack of discernment, and an unwillingness to examine facts.

    How about this one? Is anyone willing to either establish the claims that were made against John McCain with evidence and sources, or willing to retract the false and unsubstantiated claims?

    McCain was shot down 5 times, and got back in, 'cept for the last time, because they wouldn't let him walk for about 6 years.

    He's more of a man than anyone here. And from seeing him grovel in front of the dems, I would say, if he did in fact have anything to do with this, he's have been apologizing for the last 40 years.
