I would reject this as false teaching of another gospel. I would support my accusation with the following verses
Some ultra dispensationalists have used this verse to support their doctrine that God's plan of salvation has changed over the course of time, that the word of God is divided into different dispensations. Their basic theory is that God saved men differently at different times. For example they believe that Jews of the Old Testament were saved by keeping the law (some believe that Jews today can be saved the same way).Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

What are your thoughts?Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.
Gal 3:6-7 Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness. Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.
Gal 3:11 But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.
James 2:23 And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.
Romans 4:1-3 What shall we say then that Abraham our father, as pertaining to the flesh, hath found? For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God.
For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.
Romans 8:3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
Hebrews 11:1-2 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good report.
