    The woman/pastor analogy is good. This shows us a good point. Traditional fundamentalist exegesis tells us women should not be pastors. I think a sound analysis of this shows that presumption to be CORRECT! However the blanket ban on those divorced (for any reason) serving as deacons/pastors is less so.
