Again this is "another gospel" by a false prophet.

    John 1:12
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

    Romans 10:9,10
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

You cannot deny Christ and "wake up in heaven".

They believed in God, the one true God.

I think what you're saying makes it so that salvation is almost mechanical - the believer does not respond at all. There is no relationship necessary -- it's just that God points and the person is zapped with salvation.

But we are to respond and believe. A relationship is formed. As I said earlier, it seems that if a Hindu dies and wakes up in heaven, then all of a sudden he's got to start a relatlionship with Jesus after death. That makes no sense to me. Our relationship with Jesus begins before death.

    There is another road:
    Matthew 7:
13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

This is not another road. It speaks of the path to righteousness which can only be obtained through faith in Jesus Christ.

Yea the word "another" was not appropriate. But I dont think he intended to say that as in an alternative.

OK let me re-phrase it: As far as Jesus Christ is concerned there are only two "ways" and they lead to two different places The one to life, the other to destruction.

    Matthew 7
13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

#1) The strait and narrow. Life.
#2) The broad and wide. Destruction.

Now if you want to debate the meaning of destruction, then OK, go ahead.
