Only "carnal" Christians and spiritual Christians.
Carnal Christians are still operating in the realm of the ego/self.
Spiritual Christians are "tuned in" to the Holy Spirit.

Every born again believer brings forth good fruit and cannot bring forth evil fruit (Matt. 7), but some bring forth 30, some 60, and some 100 (Mark 4:8). All Christians have the indwelling Holy Spirit and are fully born again, but Christians differ in their diligence and persistence. Some will be well rewarded in the believers' judgment at the seat of Christ, while othere will be saved, "yet so as by fire" (1 Cor. 3:15), losing reward for deficiencies in their walk with God while on earth.

Some are baptized in the Holy Spirit, some are not, but are still saved.

the bible states that we ALL were baptized by same Holy Spirit though...

ONLY difference is that some walk in their own might even though HS in them, others yield to him and allow them to walk in His power, filling of the HS!

    One is a fact.
It is a fact of salvation that one is indwelt by the Holy Spirit at the time of salvation, and will always be indwelt by the Spirit of God. This is a fact.

    The other is a command.
"Be not drunk with wine wherein is excess, but be filled with the Holy
    Spirit.

It is a command for every believer to be continually filled with the Holy Spirit. This is done by yielding ourselves to Him, making sure we don't have any unconfessed sin, and allowing the Holy Spirit to rule in our lives (not ourselves).

One has to do with salvation; the other sanctification.

Baptized in water, yes the spirit will dwell within. Then baptized in the Holy Ghost with evidence of tongues, is an annointing. If it happens to you, you will know it. It is not what the average Christian thinks it is.

again, you are describing a second act of Grace that is not found in the Biblical texts!

There is a fulness to the HS, but that is dependent on us yielding to his enabling power in our lives, something ALL christians have access to!

I am a "pentabaptist", but per the Bible , tongues JUST a gift of the HS, given as He so wills, and NO sign of more annoiting, more of God, baptism of HS etc!

    Flesh=carnal="old man"=ego=self (interchangeable)
    Romans 8
    1. There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
    4. That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
    5. For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.
    6. For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
Gal 5:6 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.

A Christian can "appear" spiritual, have a vast knowledge of Scripture and know a lot about Church History and yet be ego/self directed.

"Speaking in tongues" has nothing to do with being Holy Spirit directed. "Tongues" is easily "faked".
Walking in the Spirit=Spirit Filled="new man"=having the Mind of Christ (spiritual understanding/deep insight into Scripture).
