    Jesus spoke of John the Baptist referring to him as the last of the prophets. He was the last OT prophet. He was also referred to as a "friend of the bride." He will not be a part of the bride, but a friend of the bride. Those who come to Christ will be a part of the bride whom Christ will take for his own.

    I fail to see any other distinguishing divisions between the believers from John the Baptist until the rapture. This is the bride, those who will be raptured, that Christ will come for.

    Then you are at least claiming that Old Testament saints will not be part of the bride? That is four thousand years of time versus two thousand years of inclusive saints. Hence, salvation does not automatically make one part of the bride as we have four thousand years of saved people outside the bride.

    It is not a matter of time, but a matter of who.
    John the Baptist was clearly indicated as a friend of the Bride.

    Wrap yourself around this verse:
    Ephesians 5:25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;

    the Bible teaches that there will be those saved out by God under old Covenant, those part of the Body/Bride/Church saved during this era, and those saved in Great Tribulation period!

    3 distinct groups, but ALL will be assembles as the "people of God"...
