    Yes, the captial 'H' changes the nature of the Holy Ghost
    No, both the KJV1611 and the KJV1769 mean the same

    Wherefore I giue you to vnderstand, that no man speaking
    by the spirit of God, calleth Iesus accursed:
    and that no man can say that Iesus is the Lord,
    but by the holy Ghost.

    1Co 12:3 (KJV1769 Edition, from Crosswalk.com ):
    Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking
    by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: F41
    and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord,
    but by the Holy Ghost.
