I saw a tape of him once and was not impressed. He speaks well, but he entire sermon was only meant to scare people. There was very little referencer to scripture, and he used a lot of theatrics in his message.

    don't like him at all.

He uses bad language, he is racist in his views, he revels in being divisive.

Wouldn't walk across the street to hear him. In fact, I'd walk across the county not to hear him.

These are nothing more than sladerous comments, I demand you retract them immediately, lies, nothing more than lies. Just kidding, I have just been waiting to say that for a while. I haven't heard the guy, don't know anything about him, so I can't very well comment on what I don't know. Is he is endorsed by RW, then I can give an accurate opinion?

His sermons contain profanity, language intended for shock value, and he's rather fond of the n-word.

I was roped into hearing him once years ago, and heard it myself.

googled him (his name sounded familiar). looks like the type of preacher who's good in print. don't know how he sounds in person, though.

what I'm wondering about is what in tarnation is a link to AW Pink doing in one of his website when he don't seem to me to be a DoG'er.

When I looked at his website and couldn't see any belief statement, and more attention given to the product catalog than the gospel message...... I don't think I am interested......

I noticed he sells coffee, although it does't say anything about where the coffee is grown (it says on some mountains, but not where the mountains are). So does he do anything else besides grow and sell coffee?

You just wanna see me walk, don't you? Sorry...U B outa luck.

Well...Hodges is one mile north of Pig Eye. (I actually KNOW where Hodges, and Pig Eye, are...I used to live in western AL). I'm in the middle of the state now...I no longer live 40 miles from indoor plumbing.

I can't make this stuff up.

Poor folks. If any of you are planning on going to this diatribe, er, sermon...don't.

From the looks of his website, he might be a confederate battle flag dealer.

Oh, I know first hand that he has, or at least had at one time, racist views (black people bear the curse of Canaan, should be segregated, etc). I heard him preach several times back in the mid 80's. But I vaguely recall reading something a couple years ago that said he recanted his racist views. Nevertheless, he is an animated preacher of his views and has a charismatic personality. And he is very impressed with himself.

No...although I'm not a big fan of displaying the flag, I don't label people that are. I know there are lots of fine folks who disagree with me about that.

I call him a racist because of his racist views and language (what minister of the Gospel should ever use the word N***** ?
