    So...everyone keeps attacking you personally?

You haven't sent any attacking PM's to anyone else today?
Hint: Possibly accusing another BBer of wanting to "be with" your wife?

Except you forgot the rest of the sentence"sitting with me watching season one of Bosom Buddies" is what I said in the post regarding your wife.

"Be with" implies something far different. You know better.

I already told you last time you lied about me not to contact me, get a hint.

I am not perfect, and should watch my words closer. Yet utilizing the benefit of having two accounts to band against fellow BB members is unfair. Maybe that is why you are having so many problems getting along with others (your words)

Do not PM me in the future concerning a fellow BB member

How soon you forget. Dr. Bob edited your post for the very reason you deny now.

    Let me refresh your memory...

My wife had answered your question as to where she was. She said 'Right here... where did you think I was?'

You said, and I quote: "Taking a bubble bath and wishing you was right here with me watching Bosom Buddies"

    Do you remember now, Joe?

If that was not a hint of accusing my wife of wanting to be with you, Dr. Bob would not have had to edit it and state that it was inappropriate.

And if you post such junk as that again, I will pm a moderator or admin again.

I did not lie about you.

But I see you come in attacking me. Lying about me.

Funny that in the pm you sent me you told me you never said 'with me.' I do have your pm saved.

Dr. Bob read the post, Joe. You can stop lying then you won't have to change your story.

Yes, it was edited, why woudn't it be? What is the problem with that? You asked for it to be edited. The Mods and Admins responded, that was a nice thing to do. However it was edited is fine, no problem.
where did I say it wasn't edited?
READ my post, you are attempting a monkey story again. I never said anything of the sort.

I also never said "right here with me", that's sensationalizing it again.

I said "sitting with me watching season one of Bosom Buddies."

I have your dirty PM. You have already repeated the words in error of the private message, so I'll post it to set the record straight

There is no reason to continue, there has been enough strife on the BB the last three days. I am finished. Let it go, don't keep posting please. Thanks

My pm was not dirty. Stop lying about me. It isn't Christ-like.

Also, I did not ask the admins and mods to edit the post. I pm'd them complaining of the accusation.

    Joe...

You came in here with an agenda...I know what the PM said. It is against the BB rules to post PMs in the thread. PM means "Private Message" and they are to remain private. Case closed.

After he lied about me a while ago, I told him NEVER to PM me.

Yet he Pm'd me again, so if it is public, maybe this time he will honor my request. Before he lies, I will just respond for him so he won't have to. Then we can all go to bed

You never asked me not to Pm you. My reply, then you forgot. It's against BB rules to attack people, call them names, and question their salvation. Btw Linda, you say you know what the PM said, yet you tell me PM's are private.

Now let's go to bed and get some rest.

Linda is sitting right beside me. Our PC's are side by side and she does see a lot that is on my PC.

If you don't want her to see my PM, don't PM me.

Even as an administrator I try to leave threads to the moderators. I know it is the middle of the night there (do you folks ever sleep :) ) so I have reported the thread to the mods.

And Joe, I have to say that I am with SFIC at least on one point. Anything said to me is also open to my wife, there is no privacy in that regard.

I never complained about Linda seeing his PM's. That is what SFIC is trying to insinuate.

I was responding to Linda's post where she told me PM's are to be private, yet in the same breath, she says she knows what the Pm said. It seemed hypocritical.

Honestly, whether Linda reads SFIC's pm's while sitting right beside him is not my concern but the men's forum should be private, not something she can just lean over to view so easily. He posts there, she probably knows...

Anways, I gotta go to work tomorrow. Goodnight all

Linda does not look over my shoulder when I am in the Men's forum, nor do I look over hers when she is in the Women's.

Trying to explain the answer to the question in the op is like trying to explain One God In three persons, the incarnation, or how God created all and is omnipresence.

How can Christ who is part of a single trinune God be separated? At the same time we know that sin separates those guilty of it from God. (Romans 6:23) When Christ took on the sin of the world did that sin separate Him from the Father? The answer to that is what does sin do in that regard?

Can we understand that? I don't think we can. But we do know that sin separates those who are guilty of sin from God, Christ took on our guilt, and Christ cried out that He was separated. Christ took on our guilt, punishment, and separation.

“My God My God why hast thou forsaken Me?” is pretty clear.

eg. ( Deserted, Left, Abandoned.) Scripture had been fulfilled. It was a prophecy.

When Jesus said My God My God he was addressing God as his Judge, who was judging our sins in Jesus.

Up until then Jesus always addresses God as his Father, but now He was his judge,

Thank you, Pastor Bob-----Jesus----on the cross--in a finite period of time--took all of the punishment/judgment that you and I would have had to endure in an infinite period of time--in Hell!!

It will take eternity----to fully know what Jesus Christ endured on the cross

First of all, let me apologize to SFIC and Linda. I should not have assumed what I did about them, and I should not have typed in haste.
We disagree over a lot of things, but that is OK. I shouldn't take stuff so personally.

Now, lets move on, it is in the past, let's press toward the future.

If Jesus was totally seperated from God the Father, and I am not ruling it out... but if he was, that means he was not God when he drew his last breath....
    Think about it slowly...
If God had to leave Jesus, how could God stick around in Jesus?

If you disagree with me, explain how God could seperate himself from himself. Or explain how one part of God could stay in Jesus, while the other part, (the Father) seperated from Jesus...

If it is because God cannot be around sin, then we really have a problem.
If that is it, then Jesus wasn't God when he died.
And if Jesus wasn't God when he died, then God didn't pay the penalty for our sins.

God "left" Jesus just like God's Spirit left the temple in Ezekiel.

Why? God does NOT die -- Jesus did. God does NOT associate with sin -- Jesus did.

I believe in John 14-16, Jesus gives us the insight into this when He says "God in Me and I in you" (in your body). How I understand it is this: It wouldn't work the same way for you and me but Jesus had His own soul and God's soul dwelling in Him (same with God's Spirit coexistent with Jesus' spirit). When you and I die, we give up our soul and spirit. But when Christ was burdened with our sin, just before that God's soul and God's spirit exited Jesus and He was perfectly like us in dying for our sin.

Joseph Prince expressed it this way. He said we all know Jesus died for us but how many know that Jesus died AS us. We only comprehend this because when we pray for salvation, we die to self, as Jesus also did so that we may be "resurrected"/"regenerated"/"born again" by the Spirit, as Jesus also was.

Another pastor, quoting Heb 9:27, said that repentance is our "die once" so that we are "then [immediately] judged" once and for all in Christ's death.

And just remember this --- it was the SON that was the Sacrifice, not the Father or the Spirit.

That's the way I understand it anyway. :jesus:
