    But, I don't think anyone on this board "believes" in evolution as you present. Rather, it's a matter of consideration that evolutionary theories presented explain the evidence reasonably well. I think you're attempting to inject a philosophical arguement by using the word "believe", when scientific study is not a matter of philosophy for the layman. One doesn't need to adhere to any philosophy to give consideration to genetics theories, planetary rotation theories, etc.
