Executive order overthrow 3rd?

    The 3rd Amendment to the US Constitution:

    No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

    Will Obama issue an executive order to circumvent the 3rd amendment and allow his hand picked troops to be quartered in his oppositions homes? It seems like something Emperor ObeyMe would do!
