So where's the Papal order to preach it in the churches?

I don't believe this is taught in the RC churches, or few of them. From what I understand salvation is a process.

They have to keep selling those 'prayer cards' for the dead so their souls are released from purgatory. Money makes the world go around. Justification by faith is on the 'back burner' if at all.

Coming from a RC background (most of my family is catholic), I hear from them that this pope is a hard-liner. Meaning: He fullheartedly believes the RC teachings and leans more toward the conservative side when it comes to change. (Those poor priests still aren't gonna be able to marry...) Anyway, if this is true the pastor's words went in one ear and right out the other.

"I can only wonder what Pope Benedict XVI thought of this message?"
    "
The current pope is himself something of an expert when it comes to Protestant theology. So it isn't exactly news to him.
