Jerry Falwell Jr. working on new book with Jimmy Carter

"'We just started working on it,'' Falwell Jr., the president of Liberty University, told reporters on Wednesday....Carter delivered a commencement address [at Liberty University] in May. His remarks came a year after President Trump gave a commencement speech at the Christian school in Lynchburg, Va."

"'Donald Trump’s not Republican, he’s not a Democrat, he’s just a real person, a businessman, and somebody who loves America,' Falwell Jr. said on Wednesday. 'That’s the type of candidate – I’m going to support outsiders from here on out,' he added. Noting Carter’s commencement address, Falwell Jr. said, 'He’s another outsider.' 'My whole political philosophy has changed,' Falwell Jr. said."
