Family Told Obama NOT To Wear Soldier Son's Bracelet... Where is Media?

    [​IMG]Barack Obama played the "me too" game during the Friday debates on September 26 after Senator John McCain mentioned that he was wearing a bracelet with the name of Cpl. Matthew Stanley, a resident of New Hampshire and a soldier that lost his life in Iraq in 2006. Obama said that he too had a bracelet. After fumbling and straining to remember the name, he revealed that his had the name of Sergeant Ryan David Jopek of Merrill, Wisconsin.

    HHhhmm, for some reason I think there is another side to this story. The story Obama said about not letting another mother having to endure this same suffering doesn't match or was mentioned in this article. I have no doubt his parents are McCain supporters, but less face it, anyone would whether have their child alive if they had a choice.

    Actually, the story states that his mother is an Obama supporter. She has not gone public about this because she doesnt want to hurt Obama's campaign, but she is upset that Obama has made a campaign issue over her sons death. The father said he supports the war effort and opposes obama's views on the war.

    Hmmmm.....A father whose son died in Iraq still supports the war effort? And a mother that supports Obama but feels he is exploiting the death of her son? And they both have asked obama to take off the bracelet and leave their son out of his campaign.

    I'd say that Obama needs to find another person to use as a martyr.
