    If I were Edwards I would ignore them as well.

    "The National Enquirer has a pretty good track record"? Like reporting aliens in the White House?

    Show me where the Enquirer says there's aliens in the White House, Roger.

    Also, the Enquirer broke the Gary Hart, Donna Rice story, and were also the first to talk about Monica Lewinsky.

    I looked up "libel", and this would seem to be a good example of it. Certainly a successful lawyer like Mr. Edwards could sue the Enquirer if this wasn't true......

    It does make me wonder...

    Roger, still waiting. I know you are busy, but you made the claim. I'd like to see it.

    Only if one wishes to ignore facts just because of who reports them do they play into the hands of the corrupt old media.

    You should be asking the question , why is the COM not reporting this?

    By excusing them, you give them the control over events they crave.

    The source of your "big story" is the National Enquirer. Personally, I would rather believe the New York Times or the Washington Post, two great newspapers. Do you regularly read the National Enquirer? If so, that says something about you.

    All media outlets - and that includes the Enquirer and the NY Times - can all act alike at times. The days of being able to clearly distinguish between the sensationalistic media and the serious media are well behind us, I'm sad to say. :tear: As a fan of the newspaper, I'm especially sad to say this.
