I really enjoy preaching from Psalm 51. It contains so many valuable truths for backslidden Christians and those who are right with God.

My favourite passage is Acts 4:31-37
    The Steps to revival
    31..and when they prayed
    32..doctrinal fidelity
    32..fellowship
    33..testimony...witness of the resurrection
34..charity,they had all things common and none lacked.
    37..tithing...out of love, not law

    Cheers in the Lord,

    Jim

I really couldn't chose a "favorite" passage to preach on ,but I do have a tendency to preach on the same text (and if not the same text, the same issue) whenever I preach at a place for the first time - Rom.3:21-27. I have learned I should never assume that Christains understand the proper meaning of justification, propitiation, and redemption.

    Genesis 32:22-30

I think it sums up the heart of what it means to be a person of faith.
