Does someone have a signature line that you think is just great?

    From ABCgrad94

"I've seen the village, and I don't want it raising my children."

Aw, thanks Salty. I can't take credit, as I borrowed that line from a friend.

Scarlett O. has always had good siggy lines. I remember one that said something like, "Those who think they know everything really irritate those of us who do."

    rsr's is pretty amusing!

With the phrase "it takes a village" being so popular, I have to admit that abc comes to mind quite often since having that as her tag. I have to bite my lip not to use it as a retort when I am in a public place where public learning is available and employees from public places are employed to assist in communicating educational materials. (wouldn't want to offend anyone with any outright statements ya know)

    I like:

    (1) "Life isn't like a box of chocolates. It's more like a jar of jalapenos. What you do today, might burn your backside tomorrow." -rbell

    (2) "Neither fair nor balanced. Simply right." - Aaron

    (3) Sig lines from any of the moderators

Oh, I forgot about that one. (I stole it from someone.)

I've always liked rbell's line, too, about the jalepenos.

I like anything that's inspiring without being sappy. (I hate sappy!)

And I like anything that is caustically sarcastic without being hateful. (I don't like hateful, either.)

Like your new Honest Abe sig line Scarlett O.:laugh::laugh::laugh:

Also wanted to add that I've browsed other forums at times where you hardly can read the post because the sig line is so overbearing. Glad nobody here is like that it gives me a headache.

I thought about posting that on Facebook but everyone from here would know from where it was appropriated.:type:

Take it, brother! I "appropriated" it myself from someone else on another forum (I told him I was doing so), tweaked the words to suit me, and added the photo.

I don't have the ... er ..... um ..... copy rights to it, so take it.:laugh::laugh:
