    Following WWII, George Marshall devised the European Recovery Program (aka Marshall Plan), Spending about 13 billion dollars to rebuild Germany and other European countries.
    Several million was also spent in Asia and the Pacific

    Looking back, was that a good use of US Taxpayers money?
