    Here, FP ranks the more discriminatory nations of the world. Criteria included, "little access to healthcare, education, or basic freedoms." If the standard becomes solely number of women holding office (the absence of which is often due to political regulation rather than a lack of willing participants) then Papua New Guinea and Yemen are the worst offenders.
