Four days, and no one visited me

Rebaros, that sounds delicious! Could you provide the recipe, measurements, baking time and all that. We'd like to try it. I am sure, the folks on this thread would like to have it too.

 

Thanks SaggyWoman, but I have my private stash of chocolate in the freezer. Keep it kind of out of the way. Packaging is important.... Don't want the Mrs. get her hands on it (she is too sweet as it is - border line diabetic that is).

 

Thank you Rebaros! I have saved the recipe on my hard-drive, and gave a print out to my wife. She said, "Hum, we have to try this!" So, I hope she means what she says, and soon.

 

I have received the PM and also answered it. The PM usually takes about 3 minutes to reach (at least that is how long it takes for me when I see a blinking envelope sign on my BB page, I usually have to wait about 3 minutes before the email notice pops into my Outlook Express Inbox - indicating that I have a BB message).

 

So, Purple Lady, you call 63 degrees shorts weather?! Then we must had the same today, as the temperatures here flurted with 66. But, the good weather was short lived, for at night it will plumet back to 45.

Well, I am glad you weren't shouting Sue... A hearty hello to you too! BTW, what do you think about these tornadoes touching down in several states yesterday? While we had a balmy 64 degrees in the Big Apple, and 30,000 bicyclists made traffic wall-to-wall at certain places, we were blessed for not having to go through such devastation as many others did. Our prayers are with those who lost loved ones and those whose houses destroyed by the raging elements. When I heard this tragedy, I remembered a few years back that in Florida a twister demolished houses in the Kissimmee areas. A Grandma was babysitting her grandson at the time, and the house went whoosh. The child was gone. But a couple of hours after the storm they discovered the toddler hung up on a tree, resting on his mattress unscratched. Under the tree there was an overturned car. From the car a couple of CD's were littering the ground. One of the CD's title was: "You have been good to me Lord!" Even through tragedies at times, the Lord is always good to us.

 

Yes, Cindy, we can all count our blessings. That reminds me that a friend sent me an email recently just about that. If I find it in my archives, I'll post it in the appropriate forum.

Oh, yes! And I can identify with what you going through, for we had two tomboys as well. But they grew up to be a couple of fine ladies. One married a pastor, and now she has three children of her own. The other one (the older) is a High School science teacher, and she has many kids to take care of.
