    Without being familiar with the Canadian constitution and case law, it would be foolish of me to comment.

    Who am I to tell another country how they should run their government? That's why people around the world hate us - for telling them how to run their countries.

    There is no iron curtain between the US and Canada. If Canadians object strongly enough they can leave.
