I make blueberry, buckwheat pancakes every Sunday morning for breakfast. Sometimes we have breakfast for supper during the week.

Donna, I will if I can get it in the CD slot. :)

They are very easy to make. I keep buckwheat pancake mix on hand all the time. We don't use the white anymore. I always keep some frozen blueberries in the freezer too. Yummmmmmmmmm!!!!

I voted none of the above although I like blueberry pancakes and banana pancakes, but I was not sure if they were covered under "tutti-frutti" pancakes.

Sorry. I've been experimenting and the pancakes just aren't good unless they are eaten immediately.

That means, y'all are just gonna have to come to my house for breakfast! :)

You got it! You don't have to bring your own maple syrup either. I'll just drive up the road a piece to Funk's Grove and get some fresh from the tree! That's about as genuine as you can get! :)

Why would anybody use syrup (yukk) it is so messy and sticky. Just plenty of butter is the way to go.

How did you get such a backward outlook? Syrip is good, but I can't stand butter.
