Baptist Studies Online is a nice resource for primary documents. I'm not sure whether it has been mentioned here.
Here is a item someone might find interesting.

I didn't notice that when looking at it. I can vaguely remember seeing these postal zone codes, pre-zip code. I think they may have indicated a zone within the city, but I'm not really sure how they worked.

Some interesting topics in the pamphlet:
    • Which One Speaks for You?
      • Modernism Says
      • Fundamentalism Says
    • Outvoting or Voting Out. Which?
    • On Being Intellectually Honest.
    • The Divine Imperative of Separation from Apostates.
    • Purpose of the General Association of Regular Baptist Churches

Yeup, it's the zone within a city as in
450 Sutter St. San Francisco 1 California.
Also, the link to the pamphlet is not working for me. I get a blank page.

It should directly open a PDF file. Maybe try going to this page and then opening the link:

    Works for me.

Times and importance of thing really have changed.
Some of those items seem silly.

With my browser, the pdf was downloaded to my machine and I didn't notice it. In reading it, I am reminded that what today seems silly wasn't back in '45. The battle over Modernism in the Northen Baptist Convention was still being fought. The men who would go on to form the Conservative Baptist Association were still in the Convention.
