getting video from a non-digital camcorder??

    hey - i'm wondering if anyone knows how to do this...

    take the video from a non-digital video-recorder -- and put it onto a computer??

    You need a card or usb unit that you can plug your video output into and some digital recording software. The software often comes with the card or usb unit.

    You can pick up tv cards on ebay for not too much or geeks.com might have some cheapies.

    I record television now and then and it works great.

    Some Video cards have a video input on them as well.

    I have time for a quick post.....check out the Instant DVD devices from ADS.
    Unless you want to edit in iMovie.
    Also, most USB TV tuners will do the trick.
