    A Florida law that was used to arrest two Gideons for handing out Bibles on a public sidewalk has been ruled unconstitutional by a federal judge.

    If I were the lawyer I would probably want to do a little arm-twisting and and ask the court to have the sheriff's department and the school officials involved explain in detail and in writing why these Gideon guys were singled out among thousands that used the same 500-something limit as pointed out in the article, and, oh, yeah, whatever happened to the notices ?
